When you complete the member registration process, you agree to these Terms. These
Terms may be updated/altered from time to time by ELCCI. We will notify you of any
significant changes prior to them occurring. Your continued use of our services
signifies your acceptance of the changes. These Terms will always be available to
users on this page for you to read.
Also, when using free services offered through www.chambertrading.co.uk third-party
service providers, you will be subject to terms posted by these third-party service
providers. Registration for a www.chambertrading.co.uk membership signifies your agreement
to those additional terms.
2. Age Restriction.

3. About our Services.

temporarily or permanently, any service online or offline and any prices for any
service at any time without notice. You agree that ELCCI will not be liable to you
or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service.
C). Privacy Policy. ELCCI respects your privacy and will not share or forward your
information to any third party, unless you request are happy for this to happen
D). Change of Rules. ELCCI reserves the right to change any of these terms at any
point without prior notice.
E). Anonymous Protection. ELCCI does not guarantee your protection of anonymity,
even when requested, in any use of its services.
3B. membership, Event and other payments.
A). Services. Unless ELCCI gives notice, payment for anything on this site is non-refundable.
There will be no special cases, unless otherwise specified by ELCCI.
4. Rules
For the benefit of the entire www.chambertrading.co.uk community, and to comply with
applicable laws, we have a few mandatory guidelines. We hope you will find them
reasonable. Please understand, though, that any conduct that violates the Rules
is grounds for termination of your account. For this reason, we ask that you carefully
read and follow them.
A). Provide Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and

forms. You can update your account information at any point during your membership
term

ELCCI are not responsible for any intrusion on your membership account/profile.
C) Choose a member name that is in good taste. By this we mean choose a member name
that is creative and fun, but not one that is vulgar, obscene or misrepresents you
to our other members. If you have selected a member name that is already taken or
one that we deem inappropriate, we will reject your choice and ask you to make another
selection. We reserve the right to revoke your member name at any time.
D) No one at ELCCI wishes to pre-screen or filter your communications to the site.
members expect each other to behave with consideration and mutual respect. If we
learn of communications that may be unlawful or harmful to other members or to the
site, or that impinge upon the rights of other www.chambertrading.co.uk members or others
(prohibited communications), we will take appropriate action. We may delete any
communication that we deem to be spam or inappropriate and may send you a warning
and/or terminate your membership in the community without refund.

for any potential damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from
the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written,

company as a member other than those in 'partners' and are therefore not responsible
for any activity that takes place - on or offline - as a result of contact through
www.chambertrading.co.uk.
B). No Endorsement of Member Content. You acknowledge and agree that the www.chambertrading.co.uk
site does not endorse the content of any member and is not responsible or liable
for any content, even though it could be unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy
invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable,
or that it infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of
another. You acknowledge that ELCCI do not pre-screen all content, but that ELCCI
and their designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion
to refuse, edit, move or remove any content that is publicly available via the service.
C). Limitation of Liability. You agree that ELCCI will not be liable for any harms,
which lawyers and courts often call direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential
or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits,
goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if ELCCI have been advised of
the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to
use the service; (ii) The cost of getting substitute goods and services resulting
from any products, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages
received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) Unauthorized
access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) Statements or conduct
of anyone on the service; or (v) Any other matter relating to the service.
D). Indemnification. You agree to protect and fully compensate ELCCI and their service
providers from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and
costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your
use of the services, your violation of the terms or your infringement, or infringement
by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of
anyone.
E) Member account, password and security. You will choose a password and account
designation upon completion of the registration process. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible
for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately
notify ELCCI of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach
of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
ELCCI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure
to comply with this.
F) No resale of service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit
for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the service, or
access to the service. However the referral of the services of www.chambertrading.co.uk
can qualify for referral fees, as and when negotiated on an individual basis with
ELCCI.
East Lancashire Chamber Of Commerce have not undertaken any commercial checks
on the companies listed on this website. membership of ELCCI, as well
as inclusion on this website, should not be taken as an endorsement of commercial
activities and practices. It is strongly recommended that the normal cautionary
commercial checks are carried out when inter-trading. ELCCI will not, in any circumstances, accept liability for any losses incurred.
Company information, which may include personal details, contained on this website
should not be used for any purpose other than inter-trading. The website contains
control data for the purposes of monitoring illegal use.
ELCCI provides information on courses and does not always recommend the services
offered by any members registered. Unless, the member is being showcased in the
'partners' section of the website. ELCCI's rights under this Agreement may not be
waived unless ELCCI agrees to such change in writing. This Agreement is personal
to you and you may assign this agreement only with ELCCI 's prior written approval.
Any other attempt to assign, transfer or delegate this Agreement shall be null and
void.
ELCCI will contact you from time to time via email, telephone or post. Your contact
details will not be passed onto any third parties.
Any notices related to this agreement that need to be given in writing to our address
below, or any new address that is given in such a notice. This agreement is the
entire understanding between you and ELCCI about the services.
